Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Taiwan VPN Traffic & Cost Dashboard uses Google account and Google Cloud data. The application is a private utility used only by its owner.
Data accessed
The application accesses only the data needed for its monitoring purpose:
- Google Cloud virtual machine status and metadata;
- Google Cloud Monitoring network usage metrics;
- Google Cloud BigQuery billing export records; and
- authorization required to run scheduled Apps Script tasks.
How data is used
Data is used to render an owner-only dashboard and generate a private daily status report. It is not used for advertising, profiling, resale, or public analytics.
Storage and sharing
The application does not create a separate public database of Google user data. Report delivery credentials are stored in private Apps Script properties. Operational data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own use.
Access and retention
Dashboard access is restricted to the owner. Google Cloud billing and monitoring data remains subject to the retention settings of the owner's Google Cloud project. The owner may revoke the application's Google account access at any time.
Security
The public pages contain no credentials, virtual machine address, private network configuration, traffic records, or billing records. The operational application is kept separate from this public information site.
